Job Description The Historic Preservation Carpentry Shop Manager supervises the repair and maintenance of all historically designated facilities at the North Rim of the Grand Canyon and other Aramark Destinations accounts. This position also directs trade workers, assigns daily tasks, and trains the work crew in safe and compliant work practices. The person in this position must be experienced in all areas of historic preservation, restoration, maintenance and provide training on different phases of maintenance and construction.
