About the Position: In the role of Customer Service & Logistics Manager , you will become part of the Commercial organization and play a key role in managing customer relationships and ensuring reliable order fulfillment. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers on all order- and logistics-related matters while ensuring close coordination between customers, production, and warehouse operations.
