Job description

Regulus Group is seeking an experienced Technical Writer to support the FAA. RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct research, drafting, and editing of technical documents (e.g., System Specifications, Interface Requirements Documents (IRDs)) to support NAS systems, ensuring timely and budget-conscious completion. Coordinate with project and program managers to develop and update Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) and Memorandums of Agreement (MOAs), collaborating with FAA Legal, FAA Contracting Officers, and non-FAA partners to finalize documentation. Manage the NAS Change Proposal (NCP) process, tracking system changes efficiently to support program objectives. Plan, administer, and ensure adherence to FAA technical writing policies and procedures, maintaining high-quality documentation standards across projects. Implement and maintain standardized record management practices to effectively communicate NAS concepts, practices, and procedures, utilizing FAA-approved tools. Support project and task leads with knowledge management practices, including coordinating and implementing changes to FAA KSN tools.
