The WHS Site Manager plays a critical role in enabling our Operations to deliver for our customers at the highest standards. We are looking for experienced leaders who want to be the one behind the Amazon smile. The WHS Site Manager will be responsible for partnering strategically with Site and Regional Operations leadership to drive company policies and ensure compliance with all applicable local, regional, and federal regulations. By leveraging lean principles, kaizens, and data-driven insights, the WHS Site Manager will lead and influence continuous improvement initiatives to systematically eliminate conditional and ergonomic risk in our processes, ensuring a safe and healthful working environment for our Associates.
