Description Regional Field Manager – Express Lane HELM is seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Field Manager to lead and elevate our Express Lane program. In this role, you will be the driving force behind program growth, coaching a team of consultants to master the Basic and Advanced Express Lane processes while ensuring peak performance across assigned dealerships. The Role: As the Regional Field Manager, you are responsible for the management, motivation, and professional development of your consulting team. You will serve as the primary bridge between dealership personnel, upper management, and Stellantis corporate partners.
