The role: The Senior IT Process Management Specialist is responsible for designing, optimizing, and governing the operational processes of the IT Department. This includes processes related to project delivery, solution implementation, incident management, service support, and IT management operations. The ideal candidate is a process‑modelling expert, capable of leading discussions with stakeholders across the organization, driving alignment, and ensuring measurable, high‑quality outcomes. The candidate also conducts assessments on existing processes and adoption in the organization and ensures adherence to the defined processes.
