What You’ll Be Doing: - Support execution of the Foundation’s mission, strategy, and annual giving plan - Coordinate board meetings, including agendas, materials, minutes, and resolutions - Maintain foundation records, filings, and compliance documentation (e.g., 990-PF) - Partner with legal and accounting advisors to ensure regulatory compliance - Track goals, KPIs, and annual philanthropic priorities - Manage the full grant lifecycle from intake through reporting - Maintain accurate grant tracking systems and documentation - Draft grant agreements and monitor active grants - Research potential grantees and emerging philan...
