Job description

As a Warehouse Handler II, you will play a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations at our Wellington, Somerset facility. A major focus of this role is the picking and packing of orders, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely processing. You will also support the receipt of incoming goods and preparation of items for shipment, while following established procedures and safety standards.: Daily Warehouse Operations: - Pick and pack customer and internal orders with high accuracy and attention to detail. - Prepare items for shipment, including packaging, labelling, and completing required documentation (no staging). - Ensure the timely and correct shipment of goods in line with operational requirements. - Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment; follow all PPE and safety procedures. - Operate warehouse equipment safely (training provided if needed). Receiving & Inspection: - Inspect incoming packages for completeness, accuracy, and visible damage; report discrepancies promptly. - Record receipts accurately using warehouse systems. - Coordinate with the Supply Chain Supervisor on any damages or shortages.
