Join our team as Sales Development Executive! Chester Race Company is seeking a dynamic, target-driven individual to join our Commercial Team as a Sales Development Executive. This permanent role, based in the heart of Chester, will focus on generating new business by developing and maintaining a strong sales pipeline through outbound sales activity, networking opportunities, and proactive engagement. The post will be central to sourcing, nurturing, and securing new business, contributing directly to the growth objectives of both Chester Racecourse and Bangor-on-Dee Racecourse. Working closely with the Senior Sales Executive, the ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong sales knowledge and an understanding of how sponsorship and hospitality assets can be leveraged to enhance brand exposure, customer interaction, and corporate relationship-building - delivered with confidence, resilience, and persuasive communication.
