WHO YOU ARE: The Manager, Commercial Strategy & Pricing will be responsible for the day-to-day financial planning and business partnering with business leaders on revenue planning and strategic initiatives at Zinnia as we transition our underlying business model to SaaS revenue. This role will focus on pricing strategies, cost analysis, and profitability assessment to support data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software/tech revenue drivers, financial modeling, pricing and cost analysis, and industry research. The Manager will report to the Head of Finance and work with senior leaders throughout the organization. WHAT YOU’LL DO: - Perform data-driven financial modeling and scenario analysis to support product and client pricing decisions. - Develop and maintain pricing models to ensure competitive and profitable pricing strategies.
