AR Lead Lab Technician Basic Job Responsibilities – Requirements: Under the general direction of the Home Office AR Lab Manager, the general responsibilities of this position are to lead the Home Office AR Lab associates to produce quality eyewear that meets all standards set forth by Eyemart Express (EME). The Home Office AR Lead Lab Technician will ensure the lab equipment is maintained per EME guidelines, and that the lab meets all safety, quality, customer service and productivity standards set by EME. The Lab Tech II is expected to train, supervise, motivate, review, and coach lab associates to ensure that the lab staff is following all EME policies and procedures.
