About Sofive Sofive Soccer Centers is a nationwide organization that currently operates 22 sports facilities and five youth soccer clubs across 10 States, with more in the pipeline. Carolina Velocity is seeking a candidate for its Girls Aspire Director position. The Girls Aspire Director is responsible for overseeing the technical and developmental framework of the Aspire League Girls Academy, ensuring a consistent, high-quality environment for player development and competition across all participating clubs. Aspire League is a competitive youth soccer platform dedicated to providing high-level playing environments, meaningful competition, and holistic player development opportunities for girls across multiple clubs and regions. The league works closely with member clubs to create structured pathways, support coaching education, and elevate standards across the girls’ game.
