Responsibilities We're seeking a highly skilled software engineer to design and develop monitoring dashboards and user portals that enhance operational oversight and simplify access to emerging AI capabilities. This role involves technical architecture, full-stack development, and data visualization to create scalable solutions for system monitoring while shaping the department’s technical direction. Key Responsibilities: System Monitoring Dashboard Development: - Design and develop real-time monitoring dashboards for system health, performance, and operational metrics. - Analyze system data to identify patterns and generate actionable insights. - Evaluate tools (Grafana, Tableau, PowerBI, ElasticSearch, etc.) and recommend optimal solutions. - Establish visualization standards and integrate diverse data sources from technical and business systems.
