Description Job Purpose: The Secondary Packaging Trainer is responsible for developing, delivering, and sustaining training programs that support operational excellence within Secondary Packaging. This role ensures employees are properly trained, certified, and consistently performing to established production, safety, and cGMP standards. The Trainer partners with Operations, Maintenance, and cross-functional teams to improve efficiency, standardization, and workforce capability while reinforcing a culture of accountability, consistency, and continuous improvement on the shop floor. and assisting with other assigned or necessary duties.
