Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Accountant to join our Corporate Finance team, based in our Parramatta office. In this role, you will ensure revenue recognition compliance, support AR functions and contribute to month-end processes. Key Responsibilities: - Review deal documentation to ensure revenue compliance. - Handle internal/external revenue-related queries. - Support AR functions including cash allocation and refunds. - Prepare accounting journals and monthly reconciliations. - Monitor co-agency fees processing and completeness of compliance documentation. - Assist with finance projects and system/process improvements. Qualifications: - Tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Finance. - 2-3 years in a similar junior/assistant accounting role is essential. - Understanding of accounting and tax principles. - Intermediate Excel skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and ability to manage deadlines.
