The Project Manager leads cross-functional capital and process improvement initiatives at the Rutherglen site, supporting safe, reliable, and cost-effective manufacturing operations. Qualifications: On-site industrial environment with regular time on the plant floor. Occasional evenings, weekends, or call-ins during shutdowns, commissioning, or breakdowns.
