Job description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities: - Supervise shift technicians regarding attendance, PTO approval, work schedules, timecard approvals and performance. - Lead shift technicians on daily priorities and assignments based on Production needs and requirements from Equipment Engineers and Manager - Support Engineering improvement projects and KPIs - Follow up and provide updates on critical tasks and projects. - Guide and mentor/coach shift technicians on troubleshooting. - Maintain various wafer processing tools as directed by management and equipment engineers - The ability to run equipment to validate corrective actions were successful. - Coordinate/perform both reactive maintenance and scheduled preventive maintenance on various wafer and assembly processing tools to maintain optimal uptime. This includes all support equipment such as pumps, power supplies, and gas cabinets. - Track, record and communicate progress of maintenance work being performed on Fab, Back End and Assembly equipment. - Train and mentor new team members - Ensure technicians have necessary tools to perform required tasks - Able to work independently and in a team environment when required. - Applies appropriat...
