PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: The Hospitality Attendant is the primary point of contact for all areas of CPKC corporate hospitality, from executive functions to corporate catering and interactions with guests on the Royal Canadian Pacific and Kansas City Southern business cars or at facilitated events such as the LPGA, CPKC Holiday Train, etc. The position is multi-functional across a broad spectrum of service responsibilities, including but not limited to preparation of materials, housekeeping, fine dining, bartending, food and beverage service, with a goal to exceed guest expectations with every interaction.
