Type of contract: employment contract Salary range: : 9 600 – 14 720 PLN gross What will you do?: As a Senior IT Recruitment Specialist, you will drive end-to-end IT recruitment for staff augmentation projects, sourcing, engaging, and hiring top IT professionals. You will ensure a smooth candidate experience and help grow our talent pool, collaborating closely with Hiring Managers, Delivery Leads, and Business stakeholders to support the expansion of our staff augmentation services and project delivery capabilities. Your Tasks: - Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT specialists in staff augmentation and client-facing projects. - Collaborate with Hiring Managers and Delivery/Account teams to understand project needs and translate them into accurate candidate profiles. - Proactively source high-demand IT talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, networking, and creative direct search methods. - Act as a senior Talent Acquisition partner, advising Hiring Managers and stakeholders on talent trends, candidate availability, and hiring strategies, leveraging excellent knowledge of the Kraków IT market. - Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines aligned with recurring staff aug...
