A bachelor’s degree in nursing is preferred. - Minimum of three years of nursing experience preferred. At least three years of orthopedic, medical/surgical, or ICU experience is preferred. - Current RN license in the state of Arizona or obtained within 90 days of hire required. - Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), or obtained within 90 days of hire.
