Overview: We are seeking a Progressive Care Unit (Stepdown) Charge Nurse. The PCU Charge Nurse will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff and operations within the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) or Step-Down Unit. They will ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care, promote a positive work environment, and facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
