Vice President – Regulatory Reporting & Data Analytics Business Analyst

Summary Mizuho is seeking a seasoned Vice President to drive the automation, data analytics, and strategic uplift of the Regulatory Reporting function. This role will have a strong emphasis on Dataiku-based development, data mining, and advanced analytics to support regulatory reporting, data quality, and control frameworks across high-risk regulatory reports, including FR Y-9C, FR Y-15, FFIEC 031, FFIEC 002, and FFIEC 009. The ideal candidate combines strong technical and analytical capabilities with the ability to translate complex data into actionable regulatory and business insights. Core Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of Dataiku workflows to support regulatory reporting automation, data mining, and advanced analytics use cases. Build and maintain scalable data pipelines, transformation logic, and analytical datasets using Dataiku, SQL (Snowflake), and Python. Perform deep data mining and exploratory data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, data quality issues, and control gaps impacting regulatory reporting.
