Description Director of Nursing (DON) | Behavioral Health / Psychiatric Facility We are seeking a strong clinical leader to step into a Director of Nursing (DON) role within a behavioral health/psychiatric setting. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a patient-centered environment while leading a dedicated nursing team. Who We’re Looking For: We are open to: - An experienced Director of Nursing (DON) with a background in psychiatric or behavioral health settings OR: - A seasoned Registered Nurse (RN) with significant psychiatric experience and proven leadership ability, such as: - Managing or overseeing a psych unit or wing - Leadership roles in inpatient or residential psych facilities - Charge nurse, nurse manager, or supervisor experience in behavioral health Qualifications: - Oversee all nursing operations and clinical services - Lead, mentor, and develop nursing staff - Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes - Drive quality improvement initiatives and maintain a safe therapeutic environment - Active RN license (state-specific or ability to obtain) - Strong backgroun...
