StandardAero has an opportunity for a Welder with experience in metal fabrication equipment such as gas tungsten arc (GTAW), gas metal arc (GMAW), flux-cored arc (FAW), plasma arc (PAW), shielded metal arc (SMAW), and resistance welding. What You'll do: As a Welder you will: - Produce a variety of parts from shop drawings to conform to specifications - Read and interpret blueprints or welding process specifications - Operate brazing and soldering equipment - Operate metal shaping machines such as brakes, shears, and other metal straightening and bending machines - Participate in continuous improvement of processes - Cross train in other complementary skills to support production requirements - Observe all applicable safety requirements What Skills You'll need: Basic Qualifications: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds (unassisted) for approximately 25% of the average work day - Minimum High School Diploma, GED or equivale...
