Job description

This employee provides advice, service, and guidance to a group of Healthcare Specialists. JOB FUNCTIONS: responding to identified deficiencies - Ensures Healthcare Specialist are trained on equipment setup policies and protocols, clinical services as defined by the accrediting bodies, and Company documentation standards - Equipment may include highly technical equipment such as ventilators, monitors, and CPAP/Bi-level units - Ensures employee compliance with Lincare policies, procedures, protocols, and accreditation standards - Makes certain that patient education is an intricate part of the patient care activity and is performed in accordance with the patient needs and Lincare's policy - Ensures that complete and professional patient assessments are performed in accordance with Lincare's policies and procedures and pursuant to prescriber instructions - Maintains current knowledge of respiratory homecare techniques and relevant respiratory therapy concepts - Represents Lincare through professional personal appearance, patient care activities, and content of written reports - Ensures the maintenance of patient records in complete and organized manner and in compliance with accredit...
