Job Details: Portfolio Manager – Technology / Change & Transformation We’re looking for a Portfolio Manager to lead a portfolio of technology change initiatives in a regulated pharma services logistics and distribution environment. You will drive robust governance, prioritisation, delivery assurance and benefits realisation across countries and sites, supporting multi‑million € revenue growth while protecting compliance and operational performance. English and French language skills. What you’ll do: Run portfolio governance (SteerCo cadence), decision logs, stage gates and reporting. Manage demand intake, business case quality, prioritisation and portfolio shaping. Own portfolio budgeting/forecasting (CapEx/OpEx), variance management and investment governance support.
