Control Manager - Vice President

Job description

As a Control Manager Vice President, you'll be responsible for leading the evolution of an enhanced risk and control framework which supports a continuous and integrated approach to risk assessment. Additionally, you'll ensure the team assists in top-down risk analysis, early issue detection, escalation, root cause analysis, and remediation. Job Responsibilities: - Create a proactive risk and control culture that leverages proven evaluation strategies and sound change management protocols - Provide direction and oversight on the Risk Assessment Framework direction to Control Managers to support legal entity, compliance, and operational risk assessment deliverables - Analyze CORE program related data (e.g., KRI/KPI) to support business-related programs and strategies - Provide leadership support for the end-to-end execution of the Risk & Control Self-Assessment, to improve awareness, identify areas of opportunity, and provide highlights to drive progress across the organization - Engage with control colleagues across the firm, business, operations management, legal, compliance, risk, audit, regulators, and technology control functions - Manage employees to deliver improvements in th...
