Must be 16 years at time of hire Essential Functions: The Child Development Aide/Babysitter must demonstrate a commitment to the mission, core values and goals of the YMCA of South Palm Beach County and must demonstrate and ability to work effectively with people and be a team member. He or she must have a minimum of one year experience with young children.
