Finality Level 1, 2 and 3: Guarantee and optimize the good working order of the machines in compliance with the procedures in force (quality, reliability, cost, deadline, safety, environment) Level 2 & 3: provide technical tutoring and training Level 3: participate in the development and optimization of processes within the team Main Missions LEVEL 1 1- Prepare tooling for quick changeovers while complying with standards -Consult production planning -Prepare for production changeovers by approving the check-list -Carry out production changeovers following intervention procedures (assembly, dismounting of tooling, peripheral devices, conveyors, etc.) -Supply or organize the supply of raw materials to machines -Analyze causes and decide upon the appropriate methods and means to perform missions 2- Ensure production changeover, while complying with the standards of the Technical File and minimizing the changeover time -Mount tooling on machines while complying with safety conditions and ensuring good working order -Perform level 1 maintenance -Perform the standard setting, in compliance with the production launched, of all machines required for manufacturing -Ensure the conformity of...
