Deine Aufgaben: Fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung der Bereiche AR & Collection – sowohl lokal als auch für internationale Teams Verantwortung für den gesamten Mahnprozess des UTA Edenred Kundenportfolios und Sicherstellung eines effektives Forderungsmanagements Kontinuierliche Überwachung des Forderungsbestands sowie die Eintreibung, Steuerung von Maßnahmen (z. B. Inkasso, Rückstellungen) und Optimierung des Cashflows Finale Prüfung uneinbringlicher Forderungen und Steuerung deren Abschreibung Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Inkassodienstleistern, Rechtsanwälten, Sales, Customer Excellence sowie Key Accounts und Klärun...
