Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - 8 years of experience working in a hardware systems design environment. - 5 years of experience managing an engineering team. - Experience with power circuit design and signal integrity. Preferred qualifications: - Master’s degree or PhD in Electrical, Mechanical or Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent in a related technical field. - 7 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization. - 5 years of experience leading a team of engineers to build AI infrastructure. - 5 years of experience building or operating AI accelerator hardware or advanced AI accelerator interconnect networks.
