The Opportunity: Cochlear has an exciting opportunity for a Director, Embedded Software Development & Delivery to join our global R&D team in Mechelen, Belgium or Vallauris, France. In this role, you will lead the transformation and delivery of next-generation embedded software platforms for Cochlear’s future sound processor and implant systems. You will: Define and implement strategies for scalable, configurable embedded software platform releases. Ensure architectural alignment with Product Family Engineering and Cochlear’s systems architecture. Build and develop high-performing embedded software engineering teams across Europe.
