Manager, Engineering – Observability UI & Initiatives

Are you passionate about turning complex data into intuitive, actionable insights? Red Hat’s Observability Group is looking for a strategic and people-focused Software Engineering Manager to lead our UI team and a core group of initiative leads (architects). In this role, you won't just be managing a team; you will be the driver of a "single pane of glass" vision for Observability across Red Hat’s portfolio, including OpenShift and Red Hat Advanced Cluster Management (RHACM) . You will lead a high-impact UI team and senior architects whose work acts as the connective tissue across our entire Observability ecosystem. Your mission is to use the UI as a catalyst for cross-team collaboration, ensuring that disparate data streams—metrics, logs, traces, and events—coalesce into a seamless, world-class user experience.
