Village Point is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team! Village Point is a Springpoint Senior Living Community located in Monroe, NJ. We are seeking part time LPNs to join our team! At Springpoint, our LPNs are responsible for providing direct nursing care to the residents and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by the CNAs and CHHAs. Such supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility. Responsibilities: - Assume responsibility and accountability for the direct delivery of nursing services in accordance with established nursing standards and all SSL policies and procedures. - Provide medications and treatment to residents. - Assist with physician or nurse practitioner during rounds. - Make nursing rounds on the unit and report any problems to Unit Coordinator or supervisor immediately. - Notify the physician of any changes or concerns in the resident’s condition. - Respond to emergency calls throughout the community. - Supervise direct care given to residents by CNAs/CHHAs. - Educate and direct CNAs. - Complete all required documentation in an accurate...
