Job Purpose Work as part of the Recruitment and HR team to recruit, train, allocate and provide HR support to the company’s 100s of staff and contractors. With this role you will be involved in all aspects of the employee lifecycle. You will be supporting the Company’s Recruitment and HR team to reach their annual targets and goals. Job responsibilities and tasks: This is a dynamic and varied role supporting the HR team with crucial day-to-day operations and projects. The priorities for this position are driven by the needs of the company. HR Administration: Employee Lifecycle: Support HR processes for the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, processing changes to terms, managing probations, and handling leavers. Support the HR Manager with the smooth recruitment of new employees into the company for a variety of roles.
