Job Description Summary: We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the successful delivery of complex healthcare construction projects in the Atlanta market. This role partners closely with the Project Manager and project team to help drive safety, quality, schedule adherence, cost control, and client satisfaction throughout all phases of construction. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented team player with a strong interest in healthcare construction and a desire to grow into a leadership role. This position supports day-to-day project execution, coordination with design partners, subcontractors, and owners, and contributes to maintaining high standards of performance on fast-paced, technically complex projects. While healthcare projects will be the primary focus, the Assistant Project Manager may also support work in other key market sectors—including aviation, K–12, higher education, multi-family, and commercial office—providing exposure to a diverse and dynamic project portfolio.
