Hiring, training, and evaluating mechanics and support staff are the main duties of this position. Job Duties: Staff Management – manage all local employees, including the tasks of recruiting, hiring, orientation, training, coaching, and disciplining - local employees may include administrative, mechanics, field managers, and field staff. Safety & Compliance – implement and facilitate new hires and ongoing training and maintain a culture of safety and compliance throughout the operation. Sales & Customer Service – interact with customers on existing business, new business, and complaint resolution. Facilitate new hire training and orientation. Estimates – work with customers and complete estimates for new work.
