Key leadership and execution role for delivering outcomes that are aligned with the business goals, including support of manufacturing and facility electrical systems. Creates and executes the long range plan for prioritized controls upgrades for facility and manufacturing production equipment including capital projects requests and implementation. Responsible for executing the Controls & Automation workstreams of capital projects that will increase reliability, availability, reporting and monitoring of the plant facilities and equipment.Oversee installation and integration of power distribution systems including MCCs and Power Distribution Panels.Provide leadership and serve as a technical resource to associates training in the electrical discipline.
