The YMCA of Pierce and Kitsap Counties is seeking a Summer Day Camp Coordinator to join our 2026 Summer team! The YMCA focuses on empowering people in all forms, by improving health and well-being and inspiring action in and across our neighborhoods. This position supports the work of the Y, a leading non-profit, charitable organization committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. As a Day Camp Coordinator, you will assist in the overall administration and operation of Summer day camp program under the direct supervision of the Day Camp Director. If hired, you will assist with the supervision of day camp leadership, unit leaders and camp staff and provide weekly feedback and daily support, administer quick checks and day camp assessments, and help incorporate weekly themes into camp.
