(GTA) office in Washington, D.C. is seeking a full-time Assistant Project Manager (APM) interested in advancing their career in the Geotechnical and Construction Observation/ Material Testing Field. Technical Skills: We are looking for people who have experience performing ANY of the following inspections. - In Place Nuclear Density Testing - Concrete/ Masonry Observation Sampling and Testing - Steel Reinforcement (REBAR) Inspections - Foundation Evaluation with Dynamic Cone Penetrometer (DCP) and Hand Probe - Subgrade Evaluations via Proofroll - Hot Mix and Warm Mix Asphalt (HMA/WMA) Inspections and Density Testing - Retaining Wall Observations - SFRM and Intumescent Fireproofing Sampling and Testing - Floor Levelness and Floor Flatness (FF/FL) - Structural Steel Inspections ICC Welding/ Bolting or CWI - Chemical Stabilization of Soils via Cement or Lime - Experience with soil stabilization, intermediate and deep foundation systems is a plus. - Experience with Stormwater BMP Critical Stage Inspections and Infiltration testing also a plus - Experie...
