Job Description About the position: We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Logistics Specialist to make a difference at Kraft Heinz! The position lies within the local Benelux business unit and reports to the CS Manager. Developing and leveraging the relationship with internal and external customers, being the point of escalation, will be your primary responsibility. In brief, you are responsible for: - Driving routines to minimize CFR impact of availability issues (e.g. forward warnings) - Responsible for providing dedicated customer support to the retained organisation in order to understand, relay and resolve concerns with regards to customer processes and outputs with a focus on customer experience and customer happiness - Building customer relationships with dedicated set of customers, you are the first contact point for all service and logistic queries - Work together with Genpact (backoffice Customer Service in India) to prioritise activities and to call out issues - Streamlining and optimising the Customer Service and order management processes to drive flawless execution focusing on cost, quality and service to support KHC targets Qualifications: Must haves: Please...
