Purpose and Job Summary The Benefits Analyst supports the development, maintenance, and administration of the full range of ORIX and our subsidiaries’ benefit offerings using a deep understanding of the organization's goals and structure to solve moderately complex problems. The individual in this role can work independently with minimal supervision, taking the initiative to complete most tasks and escalate them when appropriate. The job presents an opportunity to enhance functional knowledge and hone problem-solving skills while promoting team cohesion and mutual growth. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Implement and administer the company’s benefits programs such as our health and welfare insurance plans, paid time off and leaves of absence, retirement plans, etc. Act as a liaison between employees and insurance providers to resolve benefits-related issues and ensure effective utilization of plans and positive employee relations. Provide customer service support with employees’ queries and address benefit issues.
