The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial maintenance, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair both electrical and mechanical systems. This role requires working on a variety of industrial equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime in our operations. This is a full-time, benefits eligible position, working Monday through Friday from 1:30pm-9:00pmp.m. This position may require additional hours (overtime) to meet demand as needed. Job Duties: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a wide range of industrial equipment, including electrical and combustion motors. Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, with a strong emphasis on 480V 3-phase systems. Conduct mechanical maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure efficient operation. Diagnose malfunctions and determine the best course of action for repairs. Work with PLC systems, motor controls, and variable frequency drives (VFDs).
