Position Summary: The Distribution Center Operations Supervisor directs workflow for 25-30 warehouse employees and leads their team to meet and exceed daily targets. Manages day to day work operations and evaluates work performance. Assists manager in the total leadership and operations with initiative, leadership, and continuous improvement thinking. *Second Shift: 3:00 PM to 11:00PM, with flexibility as needed to support business operations.** What you will do: Assists with coordination of processes and assignments for the distribution area to ensure the delivery of consistent work products.
