Job description

The Specialist/Gas Control & Dispatch is an individual contributor within a functional area of the Gas Control and Dispatch Departments responsible for providing technical expertise and process control support for the Southwest Gas Corporation Control Rooms or Dispatch Centers. This position is involved in the design and analysis of processes and/or the development, standardization, implementation, maintenance and support of those processes from data collection, configuration and integration. POSITION DIMENSIONS: The incumbent does not have responsibility for employees or budgets. QUALIFICATIONS: There are clear precedents and practices which the incumbent uses to determine how this job is performed.
