In the Account Experience team we build and own the full platform that merchants use to interact with Primer — from initial setup through to day-to-day operations, and increasingly through Primer AI Companion as a first-class interface. This team covers: Primer Companion, Merchant Account Setup, Monitors, Workflows, Auditing, and cross-cutting platform concerns that keep the merchant experience cohesive and consistent. As a Backend Engineer L3 you will work within a small, high-calibre team of engineers who own their work end to end.
