Education Health Care Plan (EHCP) Coordinator | 9943 | Permanent Contract | Part-time 25 hours per week | £39,862 to £41,771 pro rata per annum | Grade J | Norfolk Are you an enthusiastic professional, highly skilled in relationship-based practice? We have an opportunity to join our highly skilled team within the Family Help & High Needs SEND Service, with a focus on driving forward performance improvement and quality of Education Health Care Plans (EHCPs). As an EHCP Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in navigating the EHCP process, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring comprehensive support for individuals.
