Operations Support Coordinator Department: Holt Industrial Air Sys (HIA) Employment Type: Full Time: Location: HIA - Houston: Description: HOLT Industrial Systems in Houston, Texas is looking for a Operations Support Coordinator. This position is responsible for the preparation, planning, and follow-up of Maintenance agreements and Other Operational processes as needed. Provides assistance on improving product support efficiencies and maximizing customer satisfaction. This includes agreement renewals, quoting assistance, organizing, billing using both internal and external systems, documentation, and filing of paperwork. We are located at 8640 Panair Street, Houston, TX 77061. The hours for this position are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, in person. The incumbent in this position is expected to model the following practices daily: 1) Demonstrate alignment with the company's mission and core business values; 2) Collaborate with key internal/external resources; 3) Participate in ongoing self-development.
