Description Position Overview: OpenDor Media is seeking a seasoned and strategic Director of Human Resources to lead all aspects of our human resources function across North America, Israel, the United Kingdom and our expanding geographies. This role guides the full employee lifecycle and plays a central part in shaping a thoughtful, supportive, and high performing culture. Partners closely with the COO and senior leaders to build scalable people systems, support organizational growth, and ensure that staff across all regions have the clarity, tools, and environment they need to thrive.
