Company: Mercy Health Home Care and Hospice by Compassus Position Summary: As a Home Health Aide, your focus will be on helping patients with daily activities and providing personal care. Patient-Centered Care: Spend more time providing hands-on, compassionate care to patients. Reduced Documentation Burden: Use AI-supported tools to streamline clinical notes and regain personal time. Work-Life Balance: Cut down on after- hours documentation, allowing more time for family and personal priorities. Enhanced Efficiency: Experience an easier transition to technology-driven workflows that simplify compliance with care standards. Key Responsibilities: Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and monitor basic health needs. Leverage documentation tools to track care provided and report patient conditions. Build trust with patients by maintaining focus on their needs. Education and/or Experience: Certified Nursing Assistant highly preferred.
